Tree Planting At Henley Bank High School
This term the Eco Council at Henley Bank has been focusing on increasing space for nature across the school.
As part of this we wanted to plant trees in those underloved corners of the site, cleaning our air, creating a habitat for birds and other insects, and generally adding to the beauty of our site. With the help of our eager and eco-driven students, and a few members of teaching staff willing to get muddy, we have successfully planted 35 new trees, including Alders, Beech, Willow and fruit trees. We hope they will be enjoyed by Henley Bank students for years to come.
