My first day
- I know what I need to take to school on my first day

Getting organised

Travelling to and from school
- I know what time I need to be at school
- I know how long my school journey will take
- I have a bus pass if I’m catching the bus
- I have practised my route to school
Appearance
- I know the school rules regarding uniform
- I have ordered my uniform (including PE kit). You can do this by making an appointment with Monkhouse
- I have made sure I can remove all additional piercings to the pair allowed in my ear lobe.
Homework
- I have a space where I am able to complete my homework
- I know how to complete a to-do list
- I have access to a device to complete my homework

Timings for the school day
Music Lessons
Henley Bank High School offers peripatetic vocal and instrumental lessons.
Lessons will be delivered in the VAPA department during the school day on a rotating weekly timetable by specialist music tutors.
Lessons available are: Vocals, guitar, bass guitar, double bass, drum kit and music production. We are also looking at providing woodwind, strings or brass if there is enough interest.
You can choose to have a set of 10 30-minute lessons either paired or individual or a set of 5 30-minute music lessons. Prices for 10 individual lessons are £150. Prices for paired or 5 individual lessons are £75. All payments are made ahead of the next school term.
Students can join the timetable at the start of each school term (September, January and April)
